Your Health Goals for Sixth Grade
After an entire year of health classes during fifth grade please think about what your health goals for next year should be.
Write a few sentences describing what your health goal would be and what steps you would like to take to be successful in reaching your goal.

my health goal is to pack my own lunch and have at least 1 fruit and 1 vegetable every day. :)
I would try and exercise more regularly. I would also try to eat more healthy foods. Mostly though i would try and to follow the suggestions of my plate
Too reach my goal i will not cry when not necessary. Don't make the biggest deal about the small things. Don't make decisions where their will be bad consequences. That is how i will reach my goal. Those are the steps that i still struggle with.
My goal goal for sixth grade is to stay healthy and to tr to eat more healthy foods. I want to try to eat more healthy foods so I don't get sick. I also want to eat more healthy foods so I can stay in shape for all different sports that I want to play. That's why I want to try and eat more healthy foods.
I love that the 5th graders at LaPerche are setting specific goals for middle school. I think it is important to reflect on where you have struggled in 5th grade and set some plans in place to change that area. For example, if you were always stressed about getting your work done, how can you better balance your time? If your work often had to be redone, what can you do to make sure it meets and exceeds the expectation the FIRST time?
I will miss all of you but am excited to see who you will become!

I agree with Megan that we have to be mature before you go to middle school.
Do not overeat it will result in health consequences that you will regret.
